發(fā)布時(shí)間:2017-07-16 15:29:19、開(kāi)肩:開(kāi)肩就是讓肩膀在自然放松的情況下,盡量往肩后延展。盡力讓兩個(gè)肩胛骨靠緊。就像T臺(tái)上的模特那樣,挺胸,把脖子以下,鎖骨部分盡量亮出來(lái)。方法1:身體背靠在墻壁上,兩手握拳,疊在一起,頂在腰上,但屁股和背要貼在墻壁上,叫一個(gè)人把你的肩膀盡量壓到墻壁,這樣開(kāi)肩最好。方法2:面向墻壁,最好貼在墻壁上,兩手抓住向上舉,然后由同學(xué)膝蓋頂著你的背,把你的手往后拉。四、開(kāi)胯:簡(jiǎn)單說(shuō)就是拉大腿內(nèi)側(cè)的韌帶。 練習(xí)之前,最好要先壓壓腿,這樣算是熱身,不容易受傷。方法1:扶著把桿(或是欄桿)打開(kāi)雙腿下蹲,蹲的時(shí)候腿要盡量向兩邊打開(kāi),腳跟和腳跟并攏,最好呈 一 字型。方法2:面向把桿,將一條腿架倒把桿上,另一條腿的腳掌呈 一 字型站立。用你的胯骨去貼把桿。
